Guess which network ignored the live press conference by the Epstein survivors? Yep, still protecting tRUMP.
FOX ISN"T NEWS.
And I will NEVER understand how we went from a brilliant, dedicated man of science like Dr Anthony Fauci, to a YOUTUBE addled, conspiracy nut like RFK Jr.

Sunday morning (8/31) I jumped back to my list. I heard about a former SHQ member who is struggling with health issues, and wanted to make one of my embroidered initial cards….but as I suspected, the letter “J” (as it is in many fonts) was just kind of meh….it could have been an “I”, it could have been a “T”…why on earth don’t they do the hook at the bottom? Instead, it’s just kind of a curve to the left…..so I stitched out this on a card instead:

And started back with the binding on the right side of my QoV:

After an hour or 2, TA-DA:

Another TOTALLY FINISHED QUILT!!!! Six quilts in 6 weeks!
I got a label done for another QoV:

and spent the rest of the afternoon starting work on the KA-BILLION 4 patches I need for another Four Patch Frenzy Beds=Dreams quilt:

I have everything else cut and bagged up for a retreat I will be going on at the end of September.

I got up a little early on Monday morning (9/1). Even if I am falling asleep while Michael and I are watching TV….I get into bed, and I am WIDE AWAKE!!!! It is so frustrating…..so I decided if I work on getting up earlier, I will actually fall asleep when I get into bed….we’ll see.
Anyway, this being the first of the month, I am reporting that I have not bought any fabric, nor been given any fabric for free since May of 2025….YAY….the streak continues!
My honey had breakfast out on the lanair:

while I was cutting strips for binding on the new chandelier:

My honey came inside and texted me this picture labeled ''guard dog'', yes, she's staring out the front door....looking for ANYTHING that passes by....:

We had a wonderful waffle:

and bacon breakfast on Tuesday (9/2), then my honey packed up the car and headed off to Kiawah Island for a week long golf retreat…he’ll be home on Sunday.
I spent the rest of the day loading up a customer quilt:

and continuing to work on my smaller curvy rectangle quilt that Michael laid out weeks ago!
**********************************
Janice and I video chatted on Wednesday morning (9/3) then I headed to the studio to get a blog entry out.
Once that was done, I set up the program and started the stitch out on the baby quilt:

I only had one more row to go by the time I quit for the evening. And I also have the inside of the curvy rectangle quilt done:

I’m just going to put borders on the sides to hit the size quilt that I want.

Love your beautiful card, love the baby quilt, and love your jokes! The one about the bra is so true! I will let you know, I could still do that when I had my brace on my broken wrist.
Great jokes once again! How I miss shooting those scores under 90!
Girl, you are on a Roll with the quilt finishing!
(Adore the beautiful card)
