I spent Tuesday morning (12/20) putting together those little ham/cheese sliders:
and getting ready for the Fiber Nutz Christmas party all afternoon...everyone brought food to share:
We had a wonderful time and I can’t believe the far reaching subjects we talked about…everything from the price of eggs, to finding the right bra, to what everyone was doing for the holidays.
-golly - I'm so sorry for this totally blurry pic of Carol
-Pam
-Rosalie
-Laura
-gosh...was I drinking? They all look kinda blurry
-Lucie
-a better pic of Carol and her beautiful show and tell
And more woven show and tell:
I had time after everyone left to read my book for just a bit before heading over to Susan’s for a game night. She wanted to try out a bunch of different games, unfortunately the 4 of us
-Jessica & Erika
-Susan & me
talked so long, that we only got to try out a wine themed game….which I seemed to be unexpectedly good at! I was a really good guesser for the answers to the trivia questions.
I got home before 9 PM and Michael was still at the movies, so once again I settled in with my library book…and finished it. What a wonderful story….I think everyone would enjoy it….it’s called CHRISTMAS BY THE BOOK by Anne Marie Ryan. It’s all about the power of a book store, and knowing how much I love to read…..I agreed with everything!
My honey came home and we talked for a bit before finally heading to bed after 11 PM.
*** You spoiled brats with your fancy Cheerios flavors….when we were kids, Cheerios had one flavor and that flavor was paper. ***
