Official White House records show a gap of more than seven hours in the call logs of then-President Donald Trump on January 6, 2021, as violence unfolded on Capitol Hill, The Washington Post and CBS News reported. That’s a massive gap in communication during a critical time, and now House investigators are looking into whether Trump communicated through other means during those hours – for instance, through burner phones or other people’s devices. The call logs were part of the records turned over earlier this year by the National Archives to the House select committee investigating the January 6 attack.

Michael settled in Tuesday morning (3/29) to watch the UCONN game while eating breakfast (he taped it the night before, they were part of the ELITE EIGHT…and for those who might have missed it….UCONN beat NC STATE in double overtime by 4 points). He said he was totally exhausted by the end of it…it was so tense and emotional!

Of course, I headed to my studio. I want to have Darlene’s second quilt done by dinnertime, so that was my focus for the day. Her second quilt was done by dinnertime, and during the afternoon, I finished a label for her first quilt:

Also, I hope to load up my quilt next…and I didn’t want a label on the back to interfere with the soft, luxurious stuff I’m putting there, so I decided to embroider the border:

Cookie & Michael came downstairs in the afternoon, and Cookie finally found a comfy spot on the chair.....she's up on the chair back which is still pushed back from when I was rocking in it:

Michel left at 6:30 to pick up Larry and head out to see the new Sandra Bullock movie…while I vegged the evening away.
