I spent Monday morning (6/8) with the library craft group, and Monday afternoon Marvella & Daine swung by to drop off some quilts and visit a bit!

I also got rid of a bunch of yarn I had been given from various people…Kathy came by and picked it all up….I had 5 LARGE bags I had been storing in the garage. Michael noticed it was gone when he came home and drove the golf cart in…and almost knocked over a bunch of his clubs, as there were no longer any bags on the floor to stop him!

-our joint hairdresser had a horrific accident, and Michael made a card to make her feel better

Tuesday (6/9) was all about TITANIC! There’s a new exhibit in Charlotte and Ed arranged tickets for 6 of us. Unfortunatly, Ed was very under the weather Tuesday morning (due to a COVID AND Hep B shot the previous day), so it was just us, and Carol and Mark and Diane who headed into town.

The exhibit was incredible…my only peeve was how dark the entire thing was….I understand they were going for atmosphere….but when I have to turn on the flashlight on my phone to see the floor and where I am going…that’s TOO DARK!!!

I video chatted Wednesday morning (6/10) with Janice, then got a customer quilt all loaded up:

Michael came home from golf around 1 PM with a 95……he said he had 10 great holes….but then 8 bad ones…:~(. I had to shut down my quilting in the afternoon as there were thunderstorms in the area….but I continued to work on my HST binding, and before he left for a club meeting at the Lake House….I had another totally finished quilt:
