After making me breakfast Friday morning (4/29) my honey continued to hang pictures in the basement:
until he left for lunch out with ‘’the guys’’.
I did intake on another customer quilt before heading to the studio, to get one loaded up:
I LOVE the colors in this quilt…it is beautiful…and I love the pattern (and her fabric!!), which I believe is called ‘’walk about’’….I’ve gotta make it one day :~).
Anyway, I got bobbins wound and kicked it off (she picked a ''sea turtles'' design):
That’s what I worked on for part of the afternoon, as well as continuing to sew together my #3 chandelier.
I am doing a demo next week at quilting to show how to use the Bonnie Hunter HST ruler, so I spent a good bit of time figuring what I was going to cut for that demo….I think I have my strips all figured out and I am really excited…if it works….BG – a new QoV!!!
Michael and I both had salads for a very late dinner, then snuggled and watched a bunch of shows before bed.
*** Swimsuit season is just around the corner. Unfortunately, so is the taco truck. ***
Beautiful customer quilt!!
