Thursday (1/11) was quilting….we had a wonderful class on a rapid fire Hunter’s Star, and some good show and tell:
-Gee is really getting into making all kinds of bags
-is this not INCREDIBLE?!?!?!
I ran a couple of errands on the way home and was home by 3 PM.
One of my quilt customers wanted to come over and get help squaring up her quilts, so while I was at quilting, I picked Susie’s brain (quilt judge and all around fabulous quilter) to find out what I should be doing :~). That took about an hour, because of course we had to get all caught up as Marcia and her honey have also been sick for weeks and weeks!
Around dinnertime I finally got back to sewing on my cornerstone sashings. We had ARBY’s fish sandwiches for dinner and watched a couple of VIENNA BLOODs on PASSPORT.
*** A truck loaded with Vicks Vapor rub overturned on the highway. Amazingly, there was no congestion for eight hours. ***
Hahaha, no congestion….
All of the quilts and bags were fabulous as always, but how was that last quilt done? It is very unique!
Omg!! I missed a great Show & Tell.
