Thursday (12/15) was another drizzly and raw day….there have been so many lately I’m not sure South Carolina knows how to produce anything else!
Paula and I headed off to quilting and lots of great show and tell (this first one is a beautiful example of a 2 color quilt):
After quilting we headed south to drop off these 2 quilts I finished in 2020 to the dialysis center:
before finding goodies (Christmas presents) at HOMEGOODS and getting home around 3 PM.
Michael and I talked a bit and read our books a bit before I went to my computer to get out a blog entry...2 days worth!
I have finally re-claimed all of the lavender backing fabric, so I’m in the process of ironing/starching it to make binding. Michael just had yoghurt for dinner as his tummy wasn't feeling 100% up to snuff (he said it was because he made and ate way too many potato pancakes for lunch...that's what he gets up to while I'm out at quilting :~)…and I wasn’t really very hungry so I popped popcorn for my dinner and we binge watched 3 episodes of GHOSTS before reading a bit and heading for bed.
*** Oh no!!! Looks like my muffin top is turning into a pound cake! ***
mmmm.... potato pancakes !
Second quilt from bottom looks like your colors!
We watched Annika, I liked it, great ending,
