I couldn’t sleep in on Friday (3/22) so I was up early and got a bunch of chores out of the way and was stitching on my customer quilt just after 8 AM. I quilted all day….
along with cutting more (correctly this time!!) purple strips…and finished off all 5 of the remaining coordinating blocks (3 for the bottom half of the quilt and 2 for the top half.) This picture is 2/3 of the quilt….it’s only missing 2 more rows at the bottom:
By 7 PM, when I quit for dinner (we had meatball hoagies….a very rare treat….yum!!!)…the quilting on my customer quilt was done as well!
And 10 years ago....

I really like the thread choice on the customer quilt, especially on the flowered neutral.
