My tummy wasn’t feeling up to snuff on Monday morning (1/30) and so I lazed in the living room and polished off a library book (THE CHRISTMAS BOOKSHOP by Jenny Colgan).
I finally headed downstairs after NOON and started to clean up the 2 men’s quilts….by late afternoon they were both ready for binding:
and I got 2 labels done for them:
so I now have 4 quilts to take to Janice’s for binding….WHOO HOO!! Considering I had none on (I think) Wednesday of last week....I think that's pretty good!
Connie stopped by in the later afternoon for a lovely visit (and some loving on Lucy):
and I spent the evening knitting after a dinner of fish and rice:
(that incidentally, Michael said was outstanding!!!)
This is the ever growing pile of stuff going to Janice's:
And of course, since I just added 2 new quilts to the pile...it had to be checked out (within literally minutes of the quilts being put there):
*** Just because I know I could get a lot more done if I didn’t read as much doesn’t mean I have any intention of trying it. ***
Unbelievable that Ethel finds these places to park on!
