Saturday morning (1/15) was all about AM packing up and getting to the airport...we tried to take a selfie:
but I think this is a much better picture of the 2 of us:
I had my usual let-down when I got home…the same thing I feel anytime anyone leaves….I sat down to have a bite and watch PIONEER WOMAN on TV…but when I suddenly saw a commercial, and realized I never saw the end of the recipe, I decided I was tired and should just turn off the TV and take a nap! My honey came home around 2:30 PM saying that he hasn’t been that cold since we lived in CT!!! I snuggled him under a quilt….turned up the heat…and brought him a hot toddy before finally heading downstairs. I am working on sewing together all of my men’s blocks:
and had an enjoyable time watching a recorded MISS MARPLE from PBS. I continued that until I headed upstairs around 8 PM to have popcorn and watch GEOSTORM while snuggling with my honey (well....I say watch, but Michael said I fell asleep within minutes of finishing my popcorn and woke up for the last 10 mnutes!!!)
