Tuesday (7/20) was another totally boring day! I don’t know why, but I am TOTALLY sick of watching TV, sick of reading, not that fond of sewing right now….I just need an attitude adjustment :~).
I worked on Blues while Michael worked on his golf course, and Cookie dozed the day away:
Finally, by the time Michael got home from a quick meeting on the red/white/blue tournament, I had all of the blocks sewn into rows. I don't think I've ever sewn anything together SLOWER in my life!
Michael didn’t end up going to the movies with Larry, as Larry’s wife had taken a tumble and he didn’t want to leave her….so Michael and I had movie/date night instead. Both of us like the music from the TOMMY album, but neither of us had even seen the movie….so he made popcorn and we settled in. When the movie was over, the first thing Michal said was ‘’well, that’s 2 hours of our lives we’ll never get back!’’
