My honey spent the day (Sunday, 2/12) watching golf and drawing cards (yes…there will be pictures eventually!), while I spent it watching my own shows and figuring out what’s next for my quilting.
I got Leila’s quilt trimmed and put on the pile of things to take to QUAP (as BG will then take it back to Connecticut), then cut my remaining 4 fat quarters for my newest fat quarter quilt. I put them in my box for sewing on Thursdays:
I spent several hours getting some of my photos in order for a future project...I still have a lot more to go, but I made a good start, and then started thinking about the SHQ charity day in March...which I volunteered to be in charge of. I’m really beginning to feel like I have too many balls in the air at once…mostly connected with Scrap Happy….I’m glad my class is done as that is one less thing to worry about!
I did get 2 more embroideries done:
before heading upstairs to continue Michael’s birthday celebration weekend.
Gale & Phil gave us a bottle of Prosecco for Michael’s birthday, so we had that:
and Anne was so sweet and made Michael a run of crab dip for his birthday, so we turned that into our newest favorite puffy thing (crab dip stuffed crescent rolls):
and watched the second STAR WARS movie.

Happy belated Michae.l
Leftover crab dip on english muffin halves toasted in a toaster oven is pretty yum too!😉
