Lunch with the gals, Freya, library thank you

Michael got picked up for golf Monday morning (11/27) just after 9 AM, and after getting my blog posted, I headed out to the UPS store….it was JAMMED!!! But, they had 2 people working behind the desk and they took care of people very quickly, so that was great!

Home again…to baste a new customer quilt:

I got that done just in time to leave for lunch with some friends:

We went to Vera’s, and got 2 burgers:

-check out that fried okra as a side....

Lunch was great and we sat and laughed and talked until they closed! I only got one pass done on Linda’s blue quilt when I got home, with my failthful companion:

before it was time for dinner and knitting at the library. When I opened the door to the classroom, this is what I found:

Wasn't that nice?!?! I was so surprised!!!

My students are really doing well (although we were missing 2 of them due to illness); it will be fun to start back up in January.
