I don’t know why, but Michael and I were both really tired on Monday (8/1). In the first place…it definitely felt like a Sunday…not a Monday. I left to go to a modification meeting at the Lake House at 9 AM, and he left for golf around 10 AM…other than that, I was pretty useless until I went to PT in the afternoon. I definitely got a CHARGE when I was at PT…I met ANOTHER veteran…i.e. potential recipient of a Quilt of Valor…..a Marine….and a woman!!!!!! I came home fired up to get my butt in gear and get moving on my quilts! I got my second QoV quilt basted before dinner:
Michael ran out to get Chinese, then left for rehearsal after we ate. YES…he is in the next play at Fort Mill….coming up for 3 weekends in September. If you are not on my regular ‘’play’’ list…and want the info….please let me know.

And one of my honey's former students was so enamoured of his Mother Earth card that Michael made for Kate, that she asked if he could do one for her as well...so this went out in yesterday's mail:
