Friday morning (7/28) after a quick SKYPE with Janice (who is in Connecticut on her way to their annual vacation in Maine), Michael and I headed out to look at beds. I think we hit 8 – 10 different places, and as usual, we are out of step with society…..no canopy beds to be had :~(. We consoled ourselves with praline pecan ice cream on the way home and we were home by 2 PM.
I got my bobbins wound and kicked off quilting (Janice, I'm using the ''gone fishing'' design that you used on your fish quilt):
and got 3 rows done before dinner.
When I finally headed upstairs to see if my honey was ready for dinner, I found him snuggling with Ethel:
We had a wonderful dinner of tilapia, and a bunch of veggies (including yummy garden tomatoes from Loree):
before settling in to bindge watch a couple of DEATH IN PARADISEs.
I think this is particularly appropo right now...

A beautiful, soft quilting design!
Just got pictures from Scotland, they were wearing winter coats while picking tomatoes! Can't those three little words!!!
Love that consoling!
