Michael had an early morning doctor’s appointment on Monday morning (2/20), while I headed to the studio to get a jump on Sandy’s first quilt:
It was basted before I left for my mammogram….then a stop at Comporium (internet provider), then the library, and finally Pam’s house for our monthly weaving meeting.
We had a wonderful time…..Melanie was the only one with show and tell….but it was terrific:
-this is watercolor
-she went crazy making cards
I got home around 4:30 PM and set up the quilting program and wound a bunch of bobbins and was stitching out the pattern on Sandy's quilt by 6 PM…just as Michael was leaving for the movies.
I got 5 rows done:
before Michael came home around 9:30 PM and we decided to read until bedtime.

Very pretty quilting design with the ivy ! Cards are beautiful!
Where did the Melanie find those designs of the "fairys" on her cards. They are beautiful.
Just love the “throw-backs!”
