Thursday (10/5) was all about quilting (and eating!) Wonderful show & tell:

I was home around 2 PM and it took me an hour to get through all of my emails before I got around to getting my blog out.
I wasn’t very clear on my plan for the quilt from yesterday….I am using the green for a border no-matter-what!!! It was the purple I was questioning…..I think I have my answer now….stay tuned :~).
I got to work on loading up my next customer quilt…this is Darlene’s back:

I got it loaded and kicked off the quilting….I LOVE the wood sprite design:
and haven’t done it in forever…I think it looks great! I got 3 rows done, then headed upstairs for knitting until my honey got home from rehearsal.
Why do they put pictures of criminals up in the Post Office? What are we supposed to do, write to them?
Why don't they just put their pictures on the postage stamps so the mailmen can look for them while they deliver the mail?
That wood sprite design was perfect for that quilt ! even matched one of the fabrics...
The quilts at Show and Tell are just stunning! I absolutely love the quilts with the bear and the bee at the top and the little elephant with the balloons. Darlene's quilt so beautiful! The colors are very calming. My mouth is watering from all of the great looking food! YUM!!
What super quilts! Why didn’t a pumpkin or two come home to me?
