Michael had an early morning hearing aid appointment on Tuesday (10/29) while I got my quilt all cleaned up (it was so large I had a ton of bobbin ends to weave in), off of the frame and trimmed:
And I got all of my 9 patch blocks pressed:
Michael had a teeth cleaning in the afternoon, and picked up a pizza from SAL’s (which just recently opened) and that was dinner before he left for the movies.
I settled in and called Mary Lee and we had a wonderful 2 hour gab fest! She’s back mostly living in her house…but still doesn’t have internet, so needs to be out during the day so that she can work.

Michael left for golf around 9 AM on Wednesday (10/30), while I was in the middle of a 2 hour SKYPE session with Janice….as we didn’t get to SKYPE last week. I had a bit of breakfast after that, then headed to the studio to load up another adorable quilt:
and put the cutest pattern on it:
I worked on that all day and by dinnertime…it was done!
We had leftover pizza for dinner once Michael and Freya got home from the dog park and settled in with TV for the rest of the night.

Thursday (10/31) was quilting…and though we had a large crowd, our show and tell was very light:
When I got home at 2 PM, the day was so gorgeous that I took my book out to the lanair and just reveled in the peace and quiet and trees and green and wind chimes! Michael came home from golf and felt the same way, so he joined me out there (along with fur babies) until dinner:
It was more leftover pizza for dinner before knitting and TV.
And 10 years ago....
