We’ve been sleeping in a bit in the mornings because when Michael comes home from rehearsal he is still wound up, so we end up staying up about an hour later than our usual bedtime, and this makes us get up later as well. Once again he had rehearsal every night this week, so I set out butter early Wednesday morning (10/27) to make cookies that I could send to rehearsal with him. They need a little something to perk them up during this last push for the play. I spent all morning and afternoon on my HST quilt:
and by dinnertime I had 2 rows completely done:
I am being very careful laying it out, checking and rechecking against the pattern because I do not think I would see a mistake if I made one on the layout!
We had tortellinis and meatballs and sauce for dinner before Michael left for rehearsal, and I knit while he was gone.
Janice has continued to work on her ''jagged edges'' quilt that she started on retreat....here's how far she's gotten:

Kale ! LOL... Never happening... Great progress on HST. Love the movement in jagged edge, and the pop of pink.
