Michael headed out for his usual errand running on Tuesday morning (8/8), hitting the doctor’s office, liquor store, ALDI’s, CVS and LOWE’s. I threw in laundry after my bike ride and headed to the studio to start quilting on the John Deere quilt:
I worked on that all day, and by dinnertime, it was done!
Susan stopped by for a visit:
and as always, my kitties are strangely fascinated by her purse straps:
Michael left at 6 PM for the movies, and I got my second customer quilt loaded up:
After that, I headed upstairs to eat popcorn, then knit while watching THE BIG CHILL…..best movie score EVER!!!
OOPS!!! – I have a correction thanks to Mary Lee….the TV show we started watching is called BLACK SNOW (and not DARK SNOW as I indicated yesterday….sorry!!!) And thanks Mary Lee!!
*** I hate when cashiers feel the need to check if my money is real…if I could counterfeit money, I wouldn’t be at the Dollar Tree! ***
I, too, love The Big Chill movie & got to see it being filmed when I lived in Beaufort, SC. So exciting!
Funny, when you called your customer quilt "John Deere Quilt" my brain was expecting to see the pattern we dubbed "john deere" years ago because of the fabric. LOL Now there's a new John Deere in town...🙂
hurray for the bike ride !🚲
Who gets this reference...."Has anybody seen my pussy?"
You have the best kitties!
