Diane and I headed out Wednesday morning (10/25) to Sewendipitous in Rock Hill….and since we were gonna be in Rock Hill anyway, we stopped first at :
Yes, MOMO’s donuts…..yum!!!
I was looking for fabric for the April project with BG, and I didn’t find exactly what I wanted….
-this had potential, but they didn't have enough of the light
but I DID figure out how to make a picture grayscale on my phone….which was critical for deciding whether or not the fabrics I was looking at would work. I was proud of myself for that :~).
I was home by NOON, and got my blog out along with some other computer stuff before leaving for a massage. When I got home from my massage, Linda stopped by to pick up her quilts and we had a lovely, long chat, then I got busy in the kitchen, making Michael’s favorite chocolate chip giant cookies:
I sent off 10 of the cookies with him to rehearsal, walked 2 down to our neighbors, may have eaten 1-1/2 :~) and put the rest in his cookie jar:
We had meatball subs for dinner:
then Michael left for rehearsal and I got the final skein of my yarn wound for my shrug, my faithful companion by my side:

I guess you will have to run to Corrine’s to find the right color
OMG!!!! The donuts look fantastic! I wish I lived closer. Freya is getting so big. She does like her naps, doesn't she. How much does she weigh now?
Freya is looking so BIG in recent photos! Also, I know you love batiks, but you might have to look at some blenders to get you that extra shade...batiks sometimes have such a mix of shades all in one...
