More towels

Thursday morning (10/26) I was up early for a dental cleaning, then came home, changed my clothes and Michael and I picked up Kay and Pete and headed off to Joe’s funeral :~(. It was a really nice service….at a church that it took the 4 of us to find!

And we were home by 1 PM, where upon I collapsed and took a nap! I worked on a few more towels:

before SKYPE-ing with BG at 4….and then 1 of my knitting students stopped by at 6 PM. She got stuck at work this week, and will be on vacation next week, and is a bit behind the other students, so I asked if we could meet and she was available tonight.

Michael left for rehearsal and I got Iris going on purling. She was doing a good job after an hour, so she headed for home and I headed for the TV.

*** Halloween…a day when we get it right. Strangers come to us…beautiful, ugly, odd or scary, and we accept them all without question….compliment them….treat them kindly…and give them good things. Why don’t we live like that every day? ***
