Michael headed out on errands on Tuesday (3/7) to the chiro, dentist, CVS, LOWE’s, the health food store and ALDI’s, while I headed to the studio to get through my emails and get a blog entry out. There were problems with the blog, so it took me until almost 10 AM to be finished with that. Then I continued to layout the:
I was really struggling, so I turned to 3 other experienced quilting friends for help…we had a lively interchange through email and text, and by the afternoon, I think we were all relatively happy with the layout, so I started sewing. My honey came down in the afternoon to join me, but found it difficult to sit on his chair to get through his emails:
I continued to sew until 9 PM, as Michael had left at 6:30 PM for the movies with Larry.
Remember the kitty quilt I made before Christmas? It has been gifted, and the recipient loved it:
I had a bolt of this kitty fabric and have now made numerous quilts out of it. I think I'm finally tired of it, and hope to cut up the rest of it for pillowcases for the SHQ charity day this month.
