It was a beautiful morning when we got up on Monday (11/8) and for the first time in TWO WEEKS…we both felt very rested!
I had a wonderful and relaxing day, sewing on strata and 4 patches for all of it:
Michael and I had leftovers for dinner (although he did make a run to the ''fritter truck'' at the Lodge for appetizers. He got apple cinnamon ones, and picked up Southwestern ones for me. They were ok....I'm not sure they were anything to write home about, but he really enjoyed the apple ones....) and snuggled all evening on the couch…it is wonderful knowing that he will be home for 3 evenings this week!!!
