Janice and I were up and out early on Thursday (9/9) to head to quilting. THANK GOODNESS SHE WAS HERE, to help me teach the Bento Box class….WAY TOO MANY STUDENTS (I didn't get everyone in their seats) for one teacher to manage:
We divided the room in half and each worked with our own students. I think everyone had several blocks made by the time they left, and I believe they had a good understanding of how to create the additional blocks. And….we had the ultra-rare sighting of Susie using a sewing machine:
Of course, show and tell was wonderful:
We stopped at Hobby Lobby (no luck on the gray ironing board fabric) and Aldi’s (YAY….French bread pizzas for dinner)…and were home by 1:30. We had a few bites for lunch, then headed to the studio. Janice continued to load up a quilt for her daughter Michelle:
She definitely won ‘batting chicken’:
By then it was dinnertime and Janice loved the pizzas :~)
We both still had some energy after dinner, so I continued to work on HST’s, while Janice got 4 more fish blocks made:

having to pee. ***
Looks like a FUN-FILLED day !!!
