I got bread dough going Tuesday morning (4/11):
and SKYPE’d with Janice, and headed out to a chiro appointment.
When I got home, I gave the guest room bathroom a swipe getting ready for this:
YAY – Sue & Charlie (Michael’s sister and brother-in-law) are here for a visit until Friday.
We talked and talked, and the 3 of them went for a walk with the dog, before we settled in with dinner...I haven't done a tutorial on this for awhile....so here you go:
-carmelize a mess of onions....
-add in and saute the mushrooms
-the add in and saute 4 links of chicken sausage from ALDI's
-add in a can of diced tomatoes and a tablespoon of oregano
-forgot to get a pic of adding in 2 cups of spinach to be wilted a little, then serve over any kind of pasta you wish, with a little feta cheese sprinkled on top.....YUM!!!
We played ‘’I’m a poet and I know it’’ in the evening, a new game that the kids gave us for Christmas and it was a hoot…but hard….but Michael seemed to have a knack for a lot of it. It’s going to be a fun visit :~).
